We are looking for a Digital Marketing Associate to ace our performance marketing campaigns and social media content to generate leads and build brand awareness.

Digital Marketing Associate’s responsibilities include creating top-quality content (design and copy) and disseminating it to the web, ads and social media. You should have a firm grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. You will be joining an international team of a truly global organization. You will work for one of the most forward-thinking brands in the shipping industry while being involved in all the organization’s design and B2B marketing activities in diverse global markets.

Ultimately, you will act as our brand’s voice to impress our customers and attract new clients.

Responsibilities

  • Execute digital marketing and optimization of paid search, display campaigns and content marketing to boost acquisition, brand awareness, lead generation, and conversion metrics.
  • Develop, schedule & optimize ads across all the main digital channels such as Google Search/Display, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter & LinkedIn.
  • Demonstrate  performance marketing skills, including bid management, keyword research/development, ad copy creation, campaign performance tracking and reporting
  • Content Marketing: Develop, schedule and upload social media content (Facebook, Twitter & LinkedIn) according to the monthly content plan taking over the design and copy. 
  • Reporting: Develop customer reports by aggregating and analyzing information from web analytics tools and Data Studio. Provide accurate reports and analysis to clients and company management to demonstrate effective return on advertising spend
  • Manage integration of CMS tool with website and digital ads to ensure seamless lead generation process.  
  • Interact with community members and customers in a professional, personable, and timely manner to grow and keep the community alive
  • Deep-dive into platform analytics to measure the engagement and be able to extract actionable intelligence to optimize content strategy, finetune content delivery
  • Implement email, and digital initiatives from start to finish, including development, execution, and analysis based on audience-specific goals. Craft and send regular newsletters 
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).

Skills

  • A minimum of two (2) years of relevant working experience managing paid campaigns in-house or as an agency employee and social media marketing
  • Solid knowledge of  Paid Media platforms including Google AdWords, Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter for paid promotion, targeting, and measurement. Google Ads Certifications are a plus.
  • Familiar with (Digital) Marketing Analytics/Insights (All prominent global social platforms, incl. advertiser platforms + All Google Suite, e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Trends, Google Search, etc. + Social Listening Platforms/Social Data Mining  etc.)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or other related fields
  • LinkedIn experience will be considered a plus, with an excellent understanding of the social media landscape.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud preferred 
  • Experience with enterprise-level marketing automation and CRM platforms (MS Dynamics especially) and growth marketing will be considered an asset.
  • Hands-on experience with web content management tools, like WordPress.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office/Office 365
  • Video editing skills are a plus.
  • Tech-savvy with an inquisitive mindset. Independent self-starter; curious and constantly learning.
